The rooms is very spacious as well as bathroom. The staff is friendly and they provide excellent amenities inside the rooms ( water, shampoo, conditioner, bathrobe and many more). The entrance is a bit confusing One thing I didn’t like is that we have to order taxi in order to go to the main attraction 7min by taxi or 20min walk and in this cold weather walking is a challenge. Also i didnt like the sound of train you can hear from rooms

The perfect place to stay in Budapest. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we even got recommendations for food close by, which was very tasty. Rooms were very clean, equipped with everything you would need. The location is also good, you can find parking on the streets nearby and there are a lot of restaurants and pubs close to the location. I saved Metropolis for the next Budapest trip 😁

Wow! This hotel is amazing! The best in Budapest for this price! 10/10 The place from the outside made me wonder if this was a good choice but the moment I entered the door I was amazed, it’s a hidden treasure. I was there in end of July. It’s a super modern room, fingertips for opening the safety box. Big comfortable bed, shampoo, showergel, slippers, minibar, water bottle when you enter the room everything you need are included. Service on the hotel is best, they do all they can to help you and make your staying easy and comfortable with a smile on there face. The place is in the center and you have supermarkets and restaurants close by.

I loved everything about this place.!! It was very clean (rooms and common areas !) , in a very good location very close to restaurants, metro and bus stations . The receptionist was very helpful, polite and smiley all the time. Also very efficient!!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
