We stayed at the Metropolitan after a long flight from Seattle to Frankfurt. We were very happy with the excellent location right next to the main train station in Frankfurt. The woman at the reception was very helpful and friendly giving us info on places to go as we requested. Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had an early train connection so were unable to enjoy the breakfast. We recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A highlight was the bathroom, equipped with a luxurious tub that added a touch of indulgence to my stay. Modern amenities like versatile outlets and a mini-fridge for chilled beverages met all my needs. Fitness enthusiasts will revel in the hotel's well-equipped gym and sauna located on the 6th floor. Every detail, from the plush beds to the immaculate condition of the hotel and the staff's meticulous attention, underscores its excellence. Perfect location. Very good rooms with appliances (ironing board, coffee machine) and they even gives you a choice of pillows. Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond at my requests. Highly recommended if you don‘t want to spend a fortune but still get a decent hotel in Frankfurt. Just better keep your windows closed at night :)

Hotel is a bit old already, but still in a very good condition. They have very good customer service and are present everywhere. The main point I would like to mention is location, it’s located directly at the train station and surrounding are a bit scary rather than comfortable. There are many homeless as well as dangerous looking people around. Definitely not for walking around the area in the evening.

Great location, right in front of the main train station. Rooms are very well maintained and the breakfast was very good. Giving a star less due to an incident happened during my stay - I was out for a conference on the second day and the guy who cleaned my room left the door unlocked. It was a shocker and fortunately nothing was missing from my things. Reported the incident at the Reception and they apologized for what happened.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
