        I would like to start by emphasizing that you truly get what you pay for at this place. Unfortunately, my experience was below average across the board. The check-in process was handled by a front desk clerk who clearly had no interest in being there, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Upon entering the room, an unpleasant odor lingered, reminiscent of a recently evicted tenant. Furthermore, the bathroom exhibited poor craftsmanship, with caulk separating from every edge. I found this rather perplexing and would appreciate an explanation. To make matters worse, the bed felt as hard as a rock. In fact, I would have preferred to sleep on the floor, confident that it would have been a more comfortable option. In this day and age, when cell phones are ubiquitous, it is disheartening to discover that none of the outlets around the bed were able to securely hold a plug. Consequently, I had to resort to charging my phone next to the microwave, which was quite inconvenient. Moving through the halls and floors of the building en route to my room, it became evident that they hadn't been cleaned in over a decade. The dim lighting and general lack of cleanliness created an atmosphere that made me feel somewhat uneasy, as if someone might be lurking around. Furthermore, the elevator proved to be small and dirty, prompting me to question its reliability. Needless to say, one ride was enough for me. On a positive note, the pool and bar were satisfactory. Despite visiting in October, when the weather was cooler, myself and a few other guests were eager to enjoy the hot tub, as advertised on the website. Unfortunately, we discovered that the hot tub had been out of order for several months. I encountered two couples who were truck drivers and it pained me to witness their disappointment at not being able to relax in the hot tub, even for a short while. They had all expressed their dissatisfaction with this issue. It is important to clarify that the hot tub heater was not functioning during my stay. This added to the growing list of disappointments I encountered at the establishment. I must admit, it's challenging to find a suitable conclusion for this review other than reiterating my initial statement: "You get what you pay for."

        The checkin was easy and good, hotel location was great! The room was very smelly, it had a damp smell throughout. We thought it’s okay since we will be there only for sleeping in. Then I noticed my son’s feet had black dirt all over, like literally it was all black then I looked at my feet the same thing. It grossed me out, we went and complained about it in the reception that the room is very dirty smelly and damp. She gave us another room. We had to move all our stuff to the other room. That room again had the damp smell, but I guess the carpet was relatively clean. Then next day at night we noticed the bathroom sink had a small leak. We used the towels so that it doesn’t make a mess and we were dead tired to complain about it. Next day(our 3rd day of stay) we barely had any towels left to use, so my husband went to the desk to ask for some. This response blew my fuse, they said to my husband that we are supposed to laundry the towels and reuse it and gave us the new towels with a grin. I was like which hotel in this planet would say such a thing like that!!!! Even the cheapest motel would never say that! Breakfast was okay, not enough space in the dining room to accommodate more than ~20folks and people were standing and having their breakfast. Overall the stay was peaceful but not clean.

        Rooms are decent but not what’s advertised - however I asked 3 times (once on Friday and twice on Saturday) for clean towels and they said they’d send them but never did, front desk staff aren’t friendly or helpful in the slightest, showers don’t get hot, chair in room has rips in it, hot tub was cold, tiki bar waitress was really nice and asked the front desk to turn it on for us and a few other guests who wanted to use it but they never did. Front desk staff is the reason I will not be returning.

        I was surprised at how well housekeeping kept the rooms. The beds and bedding were marvelous. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker, excellent bath products. I found the front office staff impressive as they have an impossible job and can literally keep no one happy. I do not recommend the breakfast unless you really like toast. I could not eat there. The coffee downstairs was adequate.

        The place was awful! Bed bugs, mold, filth, grime. Feline animals hanging at the pool having a better time than I. The mattress was ripped blood stained. Music blaring at the pool well past midnight couldn’t get rest. The hallway lights were all out I didn’t feel safe. Asked for a room change and it was even worse than the first room ended up just leaving all together. Asked the host if they would put their family in these rooms they said absolutely not they just work there.
