I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect, with fantastic restaurants and coffee shops right at your doorstep. The value for the price is exceptional, and I appreciate that they also provide an opportunity to support local businesses. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel that exceeded my expectation! I was recommended to stay here by my vietnamese friend and I couldn’t recommend it more. The location is great - its just outside the center of the old quarter so you avoid the chaos, but close enough you can just walk out to sightsee or eat where the locals eat. The staff were the best also - the front desk was always attentive and kind, and the doorman was always helpful and smiley. Our rooms were always cleaned so well daily. My only improvement point would be for breakfast which is very simple- but also while in Hanoi, even if there was an elaborate breakfast at the hotel I’d want to wander the streets for some local delicacies!! I would stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi- thank you so much Mia Casa for a wonderful time.

The modern artistical design is awesome! Very diffferent from other hotels in hanoi. Mia Casa is creating "young and energetic vibrant". The executive room with balcony is the best choice. Complete room amenities, lots of power socket (you do need these), kohler toilet installed, walking distance to oldquarter center, satori bottled water. All in all within the price range, its including breakfast, but dont expect a fancy menu which you wont need it anyway as lots of good restaurant nearby

Everything was good except the door lock kept malfunctioning. Neither physical key nor the key card could open it a few times. It was not fixed for 3 days. Once the manager asked the receptionist to climb to the window and open the door from inside. It is very dangerous and I got a little angry.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
