Mia Casa is near Kennedy Town MTR Station, and just 1 bus ride away from Cyberport, a place for convention and meetings. Our room was spacious, and we had a good view of Kennedy Town from the balcony. They have a hair dryer, a clothes iron, and a foldable ironing board, which are essentials, in my opinion. 👌

I am traveling to Hong Kong to visit my family. When I arrived at Hong Kong, it was really late at night. I didn't want to wake up my family late at night so I decided to stay in a hotel for one night. Hong Kong has a system for inbound traveler. The goal is to make sure inbound travelers are clear of COVID before they can visit crowd places such as restaurants. When a traveler arrives at Hong Kong, they are assigned an "amber" health code which indicates they are not clear for all COVID testings yet. After 3 days, if the traveler continues to be tested negative of COVID, the health code will be changed to blue. I made a reservation to stay at Mia Casa Hotel for one night. Shortly after I completed the reservation, the hotel sent me a message telling me that they only accept people with blue health code. When I was looking at the hotel information at Expedia, this is not mentioned at all. Since all inbound travelers will have amber code, the hotel won't let me stay with them. However, I didn't know beforehand when booking on Expedia. At the same time, the reservation is not refundable. I feel like I have fallen into a trap. They won't let me stay and they won't refund me. After contacting Expedia a *few* times and waiting for over 2 weeks, the issue was resolved. But I would look somewhere else to avoid the trouble.

Staying for several weeks feeling at home - friendly staff, everything arranged asap when needed, wonderful neighbourhood with great restaurants & bars and sunset harbourfront walks. A few steps to the MTR make it easy to reach anywhere in Hong Kong fast.

The best part of this hotel is that it's located very close to the Kennedy Town Metro Station and the Tram/Bus Stop. The rooms are spacious and comes with a kitchenette for you to cook your own meals. The view I had from the 10th floor was very cool! Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Nicely furnished clean room with a washroom with a really nice shower. Great price and amazing location - close to Kennedy Town MTR and lots of good restaurants nearby. Room came with two complimentary water bottles. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
