        Stayed here with family before our cruise. The location is perfect. The staff was really nice and professional and helpful. We arrived early, and they held our luggage until our room was ready. We ate at the hotel restaurant. the food was good but a little pricey. The room was nice as well, we have a few of the bridge and the marina. We had a balcony; the room was clean organized and spacious. They gave us a voucher for $30 to use in the restaurant, the gave us free tickets to have a boat ride to see the houses of celebrities, they also gave us a voucher for 2 free drinks at the bar as well. I would recommend as well as stay here the next time I am in Miami.

        Amazing service by the valet parking staff, especially the girl that helped my family named Nicole, very kind, loving, and helpful. The hotel was an amazing experience as well! Great view, amazing details and uniqueness in the rooms. I stayed here with my family of 4 and we had the best time of our lives. Amazing food, ambiance, and service. Everything is close and no need for much transportation, walkable distance to lovable areas, such as the courts, the restaurants, the beach etc. Excellent work Marriot!

        WARNING!! Marriott charges a $35 credit for the resort fee, even when their pool isn’t open. As part of the resort fee, they offer a $35 credit at their Gold Coast Kitchen for each day of your stay. We were staying for two days, so that should have been two $35 credits. We called to confirm how we could use that credit. The representative told us that we could use it at two different visits on the same day, as long as we didn’t use it at the same visit. We attempted to use the first nights credit for breakfast and the second nights at the bar for a cocktail. We were not given the credit at our second visit and my credit card was charged for the full amount. I called and spoke with a manager, she said that the $35 credit could only be used per day and not the same day. She offered to refund my credit card for the full charge for being misled by the representative. The refund was NEVER issued. I called at least 10 times and no one answered the phone, I had to escalate this to corporate and still no refund. I called and spoke with another manager Alexandra, and she is not honoring what the first manager promised. I will not be receiving a refund. Be very careful trying to use that $35 credit, you could be charged for the very overpriced food at Gold Coast Kitchen as a result. As a Gold Elite member I am very disappointed in all the LIES we’ve been told and will NOT be returning.

        Great place to stay before and after a cruise!!! We stayed Jan 6 and liked it so much we stayed on our return on Jan 13th- Make sure you find Alberto A when you arrive!!! He will take care of you and see you have transportation to airport as well as cruise, etc! He’s fabulous! Lilly at front desk took care of all our room needs!!! She’s also wonderful!!!!! Room 2905 was great but beside the elevator which was just a little loud during the night but other than that— great! What’s really nice is just the friendliness of the hotel staff!!! Only negative we had was the gift shop staff— couldn’t get waited on the several times we went in so no big deal—- there are plenty of shops attached to the hotel with even a Starbucks!!! Great location!!!

        What could otherwise have been a very pleasant stay was overshadowed by a marketing practice that is ethically doubtful. Upon check-in, they give you a card with a $35 voucher on it to be spent in their restaurant or store. They imply that this is a free voucher. What they do not tell you is that this $35 would be charged to your account upon check out and disguised as a tax of some sort. As a result, there is zero advantage to this voucher. If anything, it encourages you to spend more at their hotel restaurant.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
