If you have transportation (own vehicle) to travel here it's good. Value for money. 2 queen size bed plus 1 single bed plus 1 foldable sofa and sufficient pillows with blankets. Clean and tidy. Mostly the view here is the construction of next door condo. Thought could have a quiet, relax and fresh air for a short break trip here turned out to be... as you know. And the construction only stopped at 10pm. It wasn't their fault. What to do. First time booking here. Other than this, there are fridge, induction cooker, boiler, water heater, fan, TV, towels and shampoo available. The sink got water leakage T2-02-01 and the water stain at kitchen cabinet has been there for quite some time. Other than this, it's value for money for RM 200 at genting for family trip here. The temperature here is the best. Not too cold. Just nice and comfortable.

Was looking forward for a family stay, there are 7 of us. First look, we know we made a bad mistake. The photos we viewed misled us to believe its suitable for 7 of us. Turned out to be just a STUDIO room, with ONE toilet. The single room was modified to upper and lower space. Very tight space to crawl in. Not for old folks. Yes its well decorated. But wont visit lagi, at least not with elderly. The location is very much secluded. U can reach by car, but the road was nasty as there were construction sites all along the way, u can hear ppl shouting orders and wat not during daytime from apartment cause one site was right beside. Was sleepless one entire night.

For the price, overall the stay looks good when you first enter, but the cleanliness and the condition of the rooms require attention. The towel and sheets were cleaned, so we could sleep well, the bedding and all the furniture was good and comfortable. The only thing lacking there is cleanliness and maintenance, like you can see and smell dust everywhere, bathroom looks clean but stinks, has an odour.

Very bad system, I use 30min to enter at the guardhouse just for register. There was 3 guard there to register but don't know why it takes a long time to enter. They should keep a signboard to mention what they need to register, then when coming to their turn no need to stuck there and wait again. Guard there also very rude and scold people when there a some incident happened. I hope they can be polite with others. I think I wont go there again, bad experience.

Costlier and facility is much inside. No landscape view, no wifi in room. Parking is located at other tower.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
