        This hotel is providing five star services for the customer starting from the arrival date last minute. The hotel management and the serving stuff are friendly and welcoming . The Apartment I booked was served with all facilities required to satisfied the entire family. The isolation in the room are super, heater was working perfectly. The beds and bedsheets are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was provided with variety of choices, which suit different nationality. “Samir”and his boys try to make everyone satisfied and serve everything they need . There is supermarket open for 24 hours nearby just two minutes walking.

        The hotel is perfect! The rooms are impeccable, big and luxurious. the reception is always ready to help. The restaurant is fantastic, the food is simply perfect/delicious and the crew is welcoming and also always ready to help. Once I came to late from work and they prepared me a perfect meal! Rebeca helps me every day with Tee and other drinks, always smiling! It really makes the difference after a log day of work 🥰

        Nice and friendly staff the rooms are new and bigger, house keeping is the weakest point in the hotel, they don’t clean the cups or spoons after i use them, the don’t add more tea or coffee when the guests uses it, the neighbourhood is ok but to me is far from the centre Nizami, like 18 minutes walking almost 20! Room service 24/7

        Super hotel with reasonable price! Rooms and bathrooms are well equipped and luxurious. Staff are so helpful and so friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing and has variety of foods. We enjoyed the full body massage and bath in the SPA.. highly recommended!

        Very nice stay. Great hospitality and very good rooms. We lost an iPad during our stay there in this January. We contacted with the hotel, talked to one Mr Sameer, who assured me that they will look for the device and ring me back. I should really appreciate the staff, especially Mr Sameer who had helped a lot to find the ipad. Thank you so much.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
