The room was small but cozy. Don’t let the balcony photos fool you, it’s smaller in real life… Their breakfast was not the best, repetitive and their pool was clearly made for aesthetics and not for actual swimming… There was a really lovely elderly gentlemen who is one of the chefs(?) in the kitchen.. he was extremely kind and sweet and he always made sure to chit-chat with us while giving us our noodle soup in the morning! Most of the staff at the front desk is nice to you the moment you check-in but after that they will start to ignore your greetings and not even acknowledge your existence when passing by the front desk in the morning or when arriving back to the hotel in the evening… This has happened to my partner and I several times. We would go down to the lobby and pass by the front desk and greet them every morning, they would look at us and immediately look away or not even look at us at all….. Overall, I will definitely not be coming back to this hotel. Can find better prices for better value

Good rooms. Not so good location, far away from the tourism locations. Poor service. Useless pool. Very miserly hotel where heavy fines are imposed for everything, we had to wait for much time for our check out as everything in the room was checked in the minutest details with photographs taken. Not a tourist friendly hotel.

Quiet place. Great welcoming. Feels like family business. Clean establishment and room. Wow. Small detail but very very important, we have marked our room on "do not disturb" , the staff discretely put 2 bottles of water for refill as we saw it when we came back. Super positive detail. Also location great in front of seacon where you can spend your day with your family and kids. Value for money is perfect

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
