Room was big enough for two, the toilet was huge unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at. Loved that there was a 24/7 mart as well as a massage place (opens till 2am), so I felt it was really convenient. Easy to get grab to get around, overall pleased with my stay and would return again.

I reserved a single room at this hotel, and I was pleased to find it clean and straightforward. It has certainly earned its place as my preferred choice for future stays. The staff members were notably friendly and efficient, enhancing the overall positive experience. However, it's worth noting that the absence of toilet paper in the room was a drawback. I would recommend checking with the front desk to ensure you have all necessary amenities. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall positive aspects of cleanliness, simplicity, and excellent service make this hotel a compelling option for future visits.

The worst hotel - Reception rude and not polite , even we ask somethings from them they just ignore what u asking and keep talk to other colleague. - room strong smell and pillow case smell like socking that never wash for a week ( I talk nicely to the cleaner and she shout to me said that she have change the pillow case everyday, and I ask her to smell so that she will know what I talking about . At the end the cleaner never argue with me and change the new pillow for me which she admitted the pillow was very smelly! - all the hotel environment ok to stay just the human being who make u feel disappointed

Have stayed here before and for the price and location, it is a very convenient place. We have Aeon mall, Lotus and Nsk trade city within 5-8 minutes away, also food courts and places to eat. Single rooms may be small but clean and adequate to sleep for the time you are there. The yay not have a mini fridge in the room but there is one at reception which sells cold drinks as well as instant noodles and other snacks for guest convenience. Parking is public but with sufficient space for guest. Staff are helpful up to the constraints they are bound by, by management. So try not to make extreme demands on them, they are bound by hotel regulations. All in all, will stay again.

It is a strategically located hotel, with lots of shopping, leisure activities and eateries within its vicinity. The windowless single room was great. It offered great basic amenities, at least the TV channels were well-tuned. I bet the counter staff should be more vocal.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
