This has to be one of the nicest hotel in Kathmandu. And the rates are affordable for the quality and services offered. It is quite new and they have thought of a lot of details. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. We had many changes in our travels and they always accommodated our requests. They serve a nice breakfast a la carte (included in our rate). They have an incredible deck with comfy furniture and a view of the temple and mountains. We love this place and are going back one more time to this beautiful hotel before we catch our flight in a few days.

Easily 5 stars, right on the fringes of Thamel. I stayed here for my Everest Base Camp trek, and stayed here when I returned, before my flight home. Service is top notch. Breakfast is included and it tasted good. They will also store your luggage while out trekking if you need clean clothes for the journey home. They also provide laundry service at a reasonable price.

Caring friendly helpful managers. I'm so grateful 🙏 for all the help and assistance rendered to me when I came down with dengue fever as I didn't know what was wrong the manager of the hotel took me to a nearby clinic and organised my treatment and medication. He even had a oxygen machine delivered to my room. I don't think I could have received so well without his and staff assistance. They went far beyond what was expected showing true empathy by checking on my recovery daily. Five stars and more ✨️ 💛 💕

I usually don't write reviews but this ones has my heart. This hotel is just 10min walk away from the market (Thamel)in Kathmandu,as this place is little away from the market, it's a quiet place to unwind after clubbing or shopping . We found that the comfort and service is top notch, the food was excellent and many options are there for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian people. The rooms are spacious and has a mini bar and some snacks options, hot water is available 24/7 , toliteries and dryer in available in the bathroom.The ambiance is very welcoming and the staff is polite and helpful. Would like to mention Mr.Rohit the manager of the hotel who was so helpful ,if you have any trouble ask Mr.Rohit about anything he'll give you the best options, he suggested places to visit in Kathmandu, he also arranged for a taxi to visit Lalipur,bakhtapur and pashupatinath temple for a day tour ,he also suggested clubbing options as many of us don't know that Nepal (Kathmandu) Thamel has clubbing options and night life . Do visit Purple Haze club in Thamel . There are also quaint little cafes in the bylanes of Thamel with live music.Must have nepalise thaali. You'll find Uber here, local currency is important for the ease of transaction , although they take only 100 rupee indian note or dollars. The transaction is in cash only . Bargaining is a must here.Three days are enough to explore Kathmandu. Overall I give 10/10 to this hotel.

There’s a lot of places that could be good, but it’s the people that make the difference. The folks at Mila are the absolute best that I have seen. From the hardworking folks in the background, to the rest of the staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with, were exceptional. The hotel itself is really good. Very conveniently located at walking distances from all the hotspots, yet far enough from all the noise to have a good night’s sleep. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and the rooftop is fantastic for its views. The food was great as well. If you’re in Kathmandu, I would highly recommend staying here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
