        Unbelievable. If you check-in after 8 pm, you are supposed to: - pay 50 euros cash (fifty) for the trouble - go get the keys in a place 3 km away from the apartment. Of course, I was informed the day before, had to reserve another hotel, and lost all I had payed (luckily I was supposed to stay just one night!).

        AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! We ordered through booking and the money were debited in advance, we did not have the option to refuse . We didn't read the bad reviews in advance, but all of them are correct. Apartment and host is just horrible. He gave us Italian documents to sign which we did not understand and threatened to leave us in the street for not understanding so called Italian practice even though we didnt have to sign any documents in other apartments during our trip. Avoid this place at all costs because the host is not afraid to leave you at the street. Other guests have experienced this. It is hard to get the money back from the host the apartments have not been renovated probably since 1972, everything falls, breaks, is dirty. The owner lacks an understanding of what a rental service is.

        Disgusting, I don't recommend it. the apartment (studio) was VERY dirty, the bathroom smelled disgusting, there are not shower walls/curtain… so when you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. The smell from the bathroom was extremely unpleasant, worse than a public bathroom. The apartment was super dirty. When we complained they did nothing, they just told us that the manager is the one who chooses the rooms (that's why they couldn't change us to another room) and that the person who is responsible of fixing the smell in the bathroom was at a soccer game and that's why he didn't respond. The man who attends the reception was friendly but he did not solve anything. I do not recommend this site.

        Room was very okay large space, clean and cozy. The need to replaced lift its too old. I used stairs instead. No service but Andre the receptionist explained everthing. Emy works excellently she responsible for housekeeping the entire rooms. Happy to be there

        Good quality-price ratio. Near the central station, it is very easy to move everywhere with the public transport.
