        I stayed here. They asked for deposit and said will give my deposit back after 10 days. Now, already one month and I haven't got my deposit back. Already sent mails for 3 times, got no response. Tried to complain no response. Chat though employee not helping, trying to call the customer service but not available.

        We were in an “apartment” so to speak, which we think is illegal. Just like the storage room of a building and Teo has a platform where you go up some stairs, if you are not careful you can get hurt, and the room was on one of the platform with a mattress on the floor, and to get in to sleep you had to Doing it on your knees, a real shame at a price of gold, that has to be illegal, and to enter it was a nest of old junk and dirt, I don't know how booking allows this.

        This is the worst hotel in Milan. It's a scam, more than 800 euros just for a small apartment with 4 rooms, it's rubbish. And the reception has no respect because if you don't pay the deposit they will throw you out and they did it even though we were with children. ASHAMED

        Absolutely don't go there, I give one star because you can't do less. They are practically scammers, they have had a problem with the boiler in the structure for some time and in the middle of winter they didn't inform us about the situation, how the fuck do you think it is habitable? In the middle of winter without hot water, the owners already knew about the problem from the beginning. But fuck you ***

        Terrible service, to begin with we had to wait on the street, since the address they put in the booking publication is not that of the apartment. They gave us an apartment on the third floor, the elevator doesn't work, there is no light on the stairs. We asked for an apartment with two rooms with double beds, we arrived and there was only one room, the other had a half-size bed and a furniture bed in the living room, they charged us 50 euros in taxes, which we did not want to pay due to the scam they They gave us the rooms, and the manager called the owner, and told him that if we didn't pay, he would come to the place and evict us, and we had no choice but to pay since at the last minute to search and leave in that terrible cold, it was impossible. There is no heating in that place, two days of cold, there is no microwave, there are no toiletries or cleaning supplies, we could not wash the toilets since there is no sponge or dishwasher, there is nothing, every time we used the shower, like You can see in the photo there was a water leak in the room. I do not recommend it at all, the booking photos are not real, it is a complete scam and poor treatment from the owner.
