Nice apartment,view outside was so so, bt im not here to stay indoors. They had washer bt no dryer sadly, would be perfect. The moment u get down from the apartment, shopping already starts for you below..😆

Mid way through our stay we were subjected to a “room inspection” On the second morning of our stay, my wife and I had been unwell and were still in bed mid-morning. The doorbell rang and we were met with two people (including the owner/manager) who told us that they wanted to inspect the room. I said we would prefer not, and asked them to come back after our check out the following day, but they insisted. We then had a very uncomfortable few minutes watching them rummage around the room stepping over our suitcases & taking lots of photos, while we stood in the centre in our nightclothes. Breathtaking rudeness and lack of consideration.

We booked a one-room apartment for three nights and we were three people I loved the apartment, the ease of the jack-in, its proximity to the Duomo, nearby parking, and all services are available, but to be honest, there is no daily cleaning service, and we were aware of that, but they provide you with detergents, a washing machine in the apartment, a hair dryer, a dish washer, a coffee machine, and it has curtains, of course, to prevent sunlight from entering... I wish they would provide a service. Daily cleaning will be perfect.

We arrived at night to a dirty room, unmade bed, used sheets, dirty cover, we had to first go up and then go down two flights of stairs, there is no elevator and look for a taxi and a hotel at midnight. No compensation for the problems and expenses caused

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
