        Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It’s the worst experience I have with Marriott. Being traveling with Sheraton & Marriott for over 20 years and this has to be the worst room and customer service I had during and after my stayed. Only during my check-in and check-out I was met with a greeting. Beside that no one will say hello or even acknowledge you when you leave or come in the hotel. The staff are quite cold and just ignore the guests. The hotel is undergoing renovation and the room I stay in (old room) smell old and stuffy. Upon my checking wardrobe leaking water from the ceiling. The hotel is not respondent when you call or emails them.

        Old, worn, terrible service, woke up in the middle of the night with a big flow of water coming from the ceiling. Night manager couldn’t care less. Breakfast was nice but again served cafeteria style. Unless the reservation is finished, stay away: horribly overpriced for very mediocre hotel.

        The hotel is undergoing renovations to improve the dated look. Hoping to see improvements next time I visit. The breakfast was decent though not as good as other Marriotts I have been to. Location is quite near many restaurants and metro.

        Half of hotel under renovation. Existing rooms nearing end of life. Mattresses soft and spongy. Wallpaper flaking. Amenities basic. Needs makeover.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
