        The apartment was clean, well appointed and very convenient to Milan Centrale train station. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and found it very comfortable. The staff were wonderful and we appreciated the clear and prompt communication we had before, during and after our stay. We were able to store our luggage with the team after checking out which was greatly appreciated. I'd be happy to stay again when I visit Milan next and recommend to others.

        The appartment was very comfortable for us. We were 5 friends and it had all the neccesary amneties. The central station was 10 min away. Very easy to find it. Daniele from the staff was very nice following us during all our stay to make sure everything was right and giving advice for what we asked for. Stacey as well helped us by showing all the appartement amneties. She was very nice. If coming back to Milan i will contact this company again and also suggest it to everyone

        DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS. Awful place with unprofessional staff. Apartment looks nothing like the advertised photos. Stayed here with my family for my first ever trip to Italy. Scarred for life. My husband was bit all over his arms and legs from bed bugs, it was so obvious the apartment was unclean. One toliet roll between 5 people. Completely empty kitchen. Dirty beds and floor. Transparent bathroom door? The manager present also yelled at me due to a “noise complaint” which wasn’t anything to do with us! Embarrassing if you ask me. Please save your money and do not stay here unless you want Lyme disease.

        The apartment was clean, well appointed and very convenient to Milan Centrale train station. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and found it very comfortable. The staff were wonderful and we appreciated the clear and prompt communication we had before, during and after our stay. We were able to store our luggage with the team after checking out which was greatly appreciated. I'd be happy to stay again when I visit Milan next and recommend to others.

        Fantastic apartment that has everything you need. It was clean and comfortable. We slept excellently on their beds. Situated next to the central train station, right next to the metro, close to supermarkets and 30 min walk to main attractions. The hosts were very responsive with their communication and were accommodating when my partner fell sick during the stay. We had a good stay.
