        The rooms are so dirty! So much dust under the beds and tables that have not been cleaned or vacuumed in years! It was so dusty we couldn’t stay the extra night due to allergies No refund was offered and no one came to clean it vaccum Location was good thou

        Started out great with reasonable introductory rate on Booking and room was tidy and pleasa t views of the city however when it came to my bed it was so uncomfortable the mattress was lop sided and although I tried to sleep without making a big deal about it I couldn't get a proper night sleep. I rang the reception at 12.04 as I was really uncomfortable and was told nothing could be done. I rand reception who only offered a late check out which is status quo anyway and I was told I'd get a cb from Manager which I never did. Will I stay here again? Not likely. It's a shame as everything else was satisfactory. If you ever get appointed room 2095 do not take the queen side bed unless you want to aggravate any other back injury or incur a new one. To make matters worse the continual construction sounds of machinery at midnight was shocking.No chance of a good night sleep due to mattress and reverberating noise that was tormenting.

        The apartments are well located, stayed in a decent sized studio unit, in prime CBD area with lots of eateries around. However, the place is dated and decor kinda tacky. Check in staff were friendly and available late to 11pm Entrance has a fountain that obstructs flow 2 main issues were the smell of rubbish in the lift lobbies and the lack of ventilation in the showers. The carpets and dishes in the cabinet were not clean, and there were scraps in the dishwasher. It's not all bad though, despite it being a serviced apartment they were thoughtful enough to provide shampoo and basic soap which came in handy Towels were also clean and fresh Given it's location the apartments has got potential to shine, it needs some proper maintenance.

        We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment and told not to use 2nd bedroom. View was yuck and noisy outside of a night with construction continual. No hot water after one shower the first night. Dated decor and bathroom. No room to open wardrobes. Just hanging space with broken aircon and set of broken drawers in there anyway. Not fully serviced! One day in a week they serviced our room. Not impressed. Pool and spa needs re tiling. Dated. Kitchen is old and yuck. Had to buy tea towels as there was none. No chopping board. No dedicated modern charge area. Lack of power points. Very lack luster. Don’t believe the advertised pics.

        We had a good stay here king size beds very near to public transport kind receptionist a perfect place to stay at. I hope this apartment has a lot of 5/5 ratings. I really hope to go here again. I would recommend you should stay here
