        I really like this place. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff are super helpful. And the bed is comfortable. All good and the WiFi seems fast and reliable.

        Very unclean. The maid cleaned my room one day and I when I came back, there were dead bugs all over the room. There is also no security. Anyone can just walk in. The only thing they have is a good location. They provide shampoo / body wash but mine was used when I checked in :/

        Good location, bad and small rooms, no hygene, bugs all around, amazingly understanding and helpful receptionists. This is such a hotel that even when you call them, the receptionist or whoever was on the phone could tell you not to stay here. So we did because we were so tired. The hotel is the basement floor of a residential block. The rooms arw so small and dark that you can feel stressed even if you stay single. It would be torture for you to stay if you are two person. Plus the breakfast sucks they bring it to your room in a plastic vacuumed bag. Yıagk 🤮. No place called reception that there is only an entrance desk. No balconies to smoke or get fresh air. No common waiting room to chill. Only a corridor and rooms in both sides. I definatly do not recommend you to stay here ever.

        I booked a room at the partner hotel, Mildom Hotel, through Airbnb, but when I arrived at 1am I was told there was a double booking. I was then offered a room for double the price in this (inferior) hotel because "there was a famous singer in town and demand had gone up". I don't mind the mistake, these things happen, but I was made to feel it was my fault when it was very much their error, and I had to pay around $50 extra for this mistake, despite me booking when the price was lower. Staff were condescending and rude.

        Too much disgusting horrible experience through the 2 days the rules are not good and the wifi also not working its basically very bad i didn't want to come here never and ever and our breakfast was included in our booking but we didn't get it and that's also a shame by the way there is a nice receptionist who's name is BOTA she's very kind hearted i would like to appreciate her i mean she's too good

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
