Amazing check in experience. We are visiting on our 1 year wedding anniversary and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. This location is perfect with very spacious rooms and perfect view. More to follow in upcoming additional review as the visit goes, but so far AMAZING and you should seriously consider staying here.

In Santorini, it is all about location, and Mill houses had one of the best locations. Our room was overlooking the sea, and we had the best sunset view from our balcony. We'd initially booked a honeymoon suite, which was in a dome style. In Santorini, people used to live in a cave that had a dome style setting. Hence, a few hotels have this setup. The downside of this room was that the shower area was small, and we could not stand up in the shower. Also the there was no shower curtain, and the water was spilling all over the bathroom. When we complained about this, the hotel staff offered us another room which was bigger and also had a good shower.. we loved the way they handled this situation without creating any fuss about it. We had breakfast included, and we needed to provide the list of items every day by 10pm. There was no limit on how much to order, but they had few choices to choose from. They would deliver the breakfast on the porch at the time of our choosing. The staff was extremely courteous and they took care of all our needs including bringing our luggage up and down to the main street. Talking about that, to get to the hotel, you need to walk 139 steps. This is quite tiring if you are not fit or not in good health. Carrying your big suitcases is a big deal. The hotel location is really nice. We could walk to the Fira market, which is about 1.5 KM away. This is the best place to find excellent food and ton of shopping places with good prices. For the courteous staff and the location, this hotel deserves 5 stars.

This place was amazing! The staff, the views, the location…EVERYTHING. I will say there are a lot of stairs in getting to this hotel. The incredible staff will take care of getting your luggage up and down, but it may be a challenge for young kids or older adults. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast each morning. It was very fresh and can choose a custom breakfast. Also the pool is relaxing to spend time in while still getting views of the ocean. And there is a resident cat named Tommy who will relax by the pool with you!

We just stayed at the Mill house and had a wonderful romantic time. The rooms are quaint and clean. Housekeeping was great. Angelo was at the front desk and was helpful. Efthimis was outstanding at the front desk and poolside. He was extremely helpful. Kudos to him. My wife was sick for a day and he was very empathetic and helpful. Pilot was extraordinary and helpful. Pilot, Yonnis and Yannos work so hard. It’s impressive.they way they carry the luggage. The location of the Mill House is perfect. The only thing that requires improvement is the breakfast. It was very limited and we had to go out for more food. At the pool, there needs to be some more lounge chairs. Also, it would help to have more food offered at the pool. It would be nice to offer cold drinks smoothies and ice cream and other food choices for the guests. Thanks to the staff mentioned above who made our stay great.

We recently stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience! Our room was spacious and beautiful. The views are incredible. The staff was helpful with everything and very friendly. We liked the location because it is in the middle of the island so walkable to a couple spots but not terribly crowded like Oia. Highly recommend staying here and would stay again if we go back to Santorini!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
