        Good location, close to the Grand Mosque. The room is spacious, but not very clean. There is no jar if you want to drink a coffee or tea. There is no warm water in the shower. The breakfast was good, however there is too much air conditioning, we felt cold even in jackets.

        The hotel does not live up to the expectations of a 5 star hotel. The staff tried to offer a good experience, but service is slow. On the second floor there is a regular smell of cigarette smoke. In the front, a light shines directly into the window of room 228, and the windows seem to be cleaned only rarely. At the time of my stay, there was a construction site on the street, which was also in operation at night. The biggest negative point, however, is the maintenance of the building. Mold in various places in the bathroom, a broken toilet flush cover, broken mirror glass covered with tape, worn bedding. Not acceptable for €115 per night without breakfast. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the positive reviews here.

        The hotel is grand, with all modern amenities, I was allotted a room which was hot… the AC was functioning yet not cooling. The bellboy had already suggested to ask for change of room as this particular room had issues with AC, we didn’t heed it to realize that despite being in the room for 2 hours.. it was HOT INSIDE… the front desk would assure that technical staff is arriving… no one arrived until 30 minutes later I had to raise my voice & then finally another room was allotted to us.

        This place is spectacular. I had an urgent matter where I had to have my room relocated. Sayed managed to immediately accommodate to my circumstances in less than five minutes. This included him personally walking me over to my new room with my luggage and sending immediate service to my new location to sure the comfort of my stay. I truly recommend this hotel!

        Horrible experience! Booked a suite for 4 adults. Got to the hotel at 3:45pm, room was not ready till almost 6pm - and thus after having to get the manager involved! Got to the suite for 4 adults, only had 1 king size bed ??? When complained, by 10pm finally got 2 kids twin beds (the other guests were adults)… had to speak with manager AGAIN… who finally switched us to 2 connected rooms - they were ok! House service sucks… you HAVE to ask for towels, and they are old and ripped… pool is old and depressing…. We stayed at other hotels in the city and will never ever stay here again… but manager Glenn deserves to be recognized for trying to make the situation better! Very disappointed!
