Great location right by metro. Massive rooms. Great facilities. Amazing service. After checking out to go to the airport, our flight was delayed for an unknown amount of time. They let us check back in and welcomed us back in the room. They helped us contact the airport to stay aware of when our flight was eventually leaving. The man on reception and the luggage handle (Naser) were especially helpful. Thanks for a great stay, Luke

Excellent hotel,I stayed here for 15 days and the service given was awesome and main location near metro station as well as shops and restaurants near by,very neat and clean swimming pool and Gym is provided......safety and good view. Highly recommend this place to stay.Thank you Millennium for your excellent service..... Good luck......

It’s the ever bad experience in my life with this hotel. Either they don’t care about training their staff or they are not caring enough to customer. Feeling disappointed and frustrated about this selection. My advice, don’t book through calls (the guy in reception is not trained well to deal with customers), use applications better

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, the metro station is close by. I liked the room size. They have quite brilliantly kept all bathroom needs in the Squizzy bottles, instead of giving soap, conditioner, hand soap, body cream which I liked it and it is more practical and cost effective. I was expecting a bigger swimming pool, but it’s fine. All in all it’s good. I also recommend more training to be given to the staff of customer needs and they must note down their needs.

The hotel was ok with great service. The food was excelent for both breakfest and Room service. But the Room cleaning was Very poor. We arrived to our room and it was smelling bad, also the bathroom was full of mold and the carpet was dirty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
