        We have been visiting to this hotel apartment since past four years now and have been fully satisfied with the services here. The location is very near to all the active places such as malls and amusement centres. Special reference and thanks to Ms. Twang for entertaining our request for a date change in hotel bookings and providing heed to our specific request of Boucher Street view from our apartments as my kids love that site. My positive recommendation.

        This is the pettiest service apartment / hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were given 4 nespresso capsules on the first day. On the second day, the capsules were refilled - nothing wrong about that. However, on the third day, the housekeeper forgot to refill it. When we called room service for more capsules, we were told that we have to pay extra for the capsules! This is the first time we have ever been told by any hospitality company that we have to pay extra for something as basic as coffee capsules ! We then confronted the lobby staff face to face, they claimed that the housekeeper had already refilled for the day, alleging us of lying! In fact, the housekeeper had forgotten to tidy up our room at all (we checked , the “do not disturb” button was turned off) and we had to remind him when we happened to come across him in the corridor at 5pm. He ended up forgetting to refill the capsules while tidying our room. Bear in mind, so far, we were not asking for anything extra - we had actually bought more capsules out of our own pocket - all we were asking was just the 4 daily capsules that we were entitled to. When we checked out, we mentioned the incident with the staff. We got another “explanation”/ excuse this time, they claimed that the company policy is just to distribute the four free capsules on the first day - there were three of us, staying there for five days! (Besides, if this is true, it’s inconsistent with the fact that we were given capsules on the 2nd and 4th day; also contradicts with what the other staff said on the 3rd day. So, a lie). Pettiness aside, we were also not impressed by the lack of basic items: no detergent nor washing powder even though there’s a dishwasher and a washing machine. Most service apartment we stayed in do provide these. Also, the room facilities were very worn out (see images), not at all like what’s shown in the official photos. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with Millennium’s service and will not consider staying with them in the future.

        This is where I spent a month. The rooms are nice. The service is also excellent. Breakfast should include more vegetarian options. The mall is next to Gran Mall and Lulu Market.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
