Got free upgrade to Junior Suite. My wife and daughter were very happy. Thanks to Management. Overall we were satisfied. Room is clean and spacious, wide variety of breakfast, good staff hospitality, price is reasonable. Location is also strategic, very near to central of city. There is Indomaret beside hotel for daily needs. Very recommended for business or family staycation..

In general the Hotel is nice with friendly and helpful staff, with a good location. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are packed with all the stuff that might be needed. If you have "club cocktails" included -- do not skip it. For us that was a super evening activity. Nice view, tasty food, good set of drinks. And really friendly atmosphere from the staff. -- During our stay we faced several issues to note: the noise. It was that period when there was a road repairing from the front side of the hotel in the evening and the renewal of the look/walls activities till 5pm on the back side. So that was quite hard to have a rally quite room during our stay. After a room change our solution was just to leave till the evening to avoid possible noise. Next issue: air conditioning in the rooms. All the rooms we were in, we set temperature to be 20C, but it NEVER dropped below 24.5 (we never turned air conditioner off during our stay). From my point of view it is the same for the whole hotel. Too hot. Also we extended our stay for one day. We visited lobby to renew our keys. But the still stopped working when one booking changed to another.

I am speechless, I love this hotel, the location, the services and the room is spacious. Easy to find parking space… Its my first time to stay in this hotel and I will coming back. I booked in Deluxe king and ended up they upgraded me in Millennium Club floor with nice city view during the day & night. Thanks for great experiences, I stay for 2 nights just with my wife for staycations and left my kids at home

Had a very good stay here. We were given a room upgrade to the junior suite which was much appreciated. Breakfast spread was ample and quite delicious. Could not comment on the facilities like the pool because it was closed for renovation when we were there. Perhaps a minor gripe we had was renovation noises at 8 in the morning in the room directly above ours (we weren’t pre-empted during check in). Other than that, everything was lovely. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and would consider to return.

Super convenient and safe hotel in the middle of the city. Convenience store is just beside. Lots of taxis nearby. The bell boys checking the vehicle underbody were so polite and smiley. Felt warm and welcoming. Always happy to arrive. Great!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
