        HORRIBLE - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 0/10 This hotel does not deserve a 5 stars but only a 2 stars. Hotel with a modern external appearance but the rooms are very dated with lots of issues : - Electricity outage, - faulty switches, - visible limescale in the shower, - dirty carpet, - camping bedding - bad smell - rubbish in the corridor - trash can on doors landing - … The most unpleasant is the noise with non-soundproofed rooms in which you can hear all the noises of the corridors, conversations and slamming doors. Impossible to sleep. I shortened my stay with the greatest indifference except apologies by one employee embarrassed by this situation (thanks to him). Management responsible said me this is the same thing in other hotels. As a 5 stars hotel we never mustn’t criticize competitors. I changed my room the first night but it was the same thing and no upgrade possible to try to solve this situation. No customer service, no skills to resolve these multiple problems that wouldn’t exist for a 5 stars hotels. Last but not least, breakfast times are not adapted to the rhythm of the country and access was refused by the manager for 10 minutes delay. No room service which for a 5 star is abnormal. I strongly advise against the Millenium Hotel, there are 3 star hotels in the city which are cheaper with better quality of service. Save your time.

        I can tolerate the rude staffs but the cleaner went in to our room when my family are asleep is unacceptable. When I complained they said because there was no do not disturb sign outside. It was at night after Isyak. Never offer food service during check in even though its part of their service. Shuttle bus to haram every half an hour but mot suitable fot family with children or old people. Masjid near by is very cleam and well taken care of. This hotel has a potential to be better if they have a good manager.

        Staff ( Wala beautiful receptionist girl ) was really helpful finding besides rooms & checked in at 14:30 Breakfast was delicious but still need some updates & improvements In the restaurant Nasser & Saif were smiling and working patiently to serve guests and also other waitresses Security was really effective, a little boy got out of the room & couldn't open the door at Fajer prayer time and I asked the reception where they kept him safe. The hotel is surrounded by other hotels & park and big masjid Shuttle service

        We booked executive suite king bed, i thought the view will be the Al rajhi mosque, unfortunately A lil bit dissapoint with view..even its quite big, separated living room..but the view is bad..what i see is pipeline,etc And we didnt complaint since too tired n just want to rest. Just dont open the curtain during your stay, and there are no window in the living room (not the same as advertised on agoda/bookingcom) Dont park on basement, just park outside infront of hotel..on basement u have to walk a lil bit far, Location is great, next to the mosque, supermarket, cafe..

        affordable, clean room, shuttle service to haram is a lifesaver! takes around 20 minutes to reach haram, reception staff, lobby boys are friendly, house keeping staff such as Md Sumon, and Aziz were supportive and carried out requests! Al raji masjid is next door, and as i was told it is incouded in haram area as it is within 6.7 miles towards the destination of yemen. i will recommend this hotel if youre staying Makkah yet dont want to spend a fortune staying next to haram.
