We booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children and we only got 2 beds for the children.. for the third bed they demanded an additional payment of 150 dirhams per night! The sheets in the bed were not clean. There is no hot water in the showers 24/7 The 2 children got into the shower and just froze cold without hot water! Room service is so slow!! We waited for towels for a whole hour and in the end they brought 1 towel when we are five people! The design of the hotel is old And the level of service is very, very poor We didn't enjoy it, we won't be back

Second time staying at this hotel for a whole week, and really liked it again. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, everything we asked for was granted, this property would be five stars in another country, overall a great stay and will definitely stay there again when visiting Dubai, thank you for the amazing hospitality

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional cleanliness and condition of the room, which was all thanks to the dedicated efforts of the cleaners, Ajay and Monzil. The room was spotless, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness made my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

We came from Canada 🇨🇦. We stayed in this hotel, and here is our feedback. 1. Rooms were moldy with a smell to them. As soon as we checked in, we smelled it and we asked to change the room and yes they did take us to 3 more rooms until we found one that is decent enough. They tried to solve the issue. 2. The fridge in the room didn't work. We had bought some groceries and they went bad. They did fix it, 3. The pictures online dose not represent the real roo.. We will not book in this hotel again. On the positive side the location of the hotel is convenient. And I give them credit they tried to fix the issues. But we hoped that we would have a better experience. The gym is very small and old the treadmills didn't work.

Very nice and clean place. Web system for room services work extremely well. The restaurant is surprisingly small for such huge hotel but staff is very friendly and helpful. We were served by Faizan Santos.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
