It was my first time Dubai and the experience blow my mind away. I lounged in this hotel.and was opportune to meet Rezaul who gave an extraordinary service all through my stay. Renault would always ask if I had any need and many of the times would direct me on places of interest in the area. His approach was very pleasant. It was very beautiful meeting him and I hope to come back in the future. The hotel.location is fantastic and good access to public transport such as the tram and buses. The food is very yummy and the whole staff team are very polite all the time and happy to help.in anything that costumers.. I also felt very safe in the environment My room is always clean and tidy with all the necessary items such water , toilet rolls. Clean towels and clean bedding.

Neat and tidy rooms, albeit a bit small. The location of the hotel is great, which means most tourist attractions are at a walkable distance. There are shops and Indian restaurants nearby. The service of the hotel staff was quite average (esp, front desk). Most of our calls to the reception for help with laundry or tour planning were never picked up. The hotel has a website to book tours, but the staff was quite unhelpful with it. We had to eventually book it from a vendor located near the hotel.

I had a delightful 10-night stay at this well-located hotel. The room service, particularly Rashid, was exceptional. The service was prompt, and the room was consistently clean. Rashid's attention to detail and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for both the great service and convenient location

A good hotel at an excellent location. Rooms are regularly cleaned and all the needs of guests are very well attended. Faiz was excellent in providing room service including keeping the room sparkling clean always with a smile.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
