This was my second time staying here. The first time was stellar, second time I encountered an issue with the room I booked. It wasn't available when I arrived. I understand that hotels overbook but I wish that this was communicated at the front desk prior to check in. When I brought it to staff's attention, they told me that the room I was in was just as good as the room I booked. However, my problem with this is that I could've booked the other room for cheaper if that's the room I wanted. I chose an Executive King room and agreed to pay the additional cost for the Executive King room. At any rate, the room was nice and we stayed in it. The manager, Juan, did offer us a reduction in cost and showed us other rooms. He did what was within his control to help us and I appreciate him for that. Some staff were friendly and warm, others were not but I won't put their names out there. I will, however, commend the star of our stay, who was Francisco from maintenance. He was warm, inviting, helpful and shared some recommendations of things we could do in the city. I would recommend this hotel, the rooms are nice and clean and the location is ideal.

We stayed in room 524. When we arrived at the room, the TV was not working. The the light switch the controls the little lamp over the nightstand, also controls the light over the desk, over the television, and the electrical outlet for the TV itself. That's how I figured out how to turn on the television. The cable box was not working, I had to take the HDMI cable and plug it into my laptop so I can stream some television. When the time came to go to bed, I had the TV on to watch a movie while I fell asleep, I turned off the light on my nightstand, all the lights turned off including the television (forgot about the electric glitch). So it's impossible to watch TV with the lights off. I complained to the front desk, they said the electrical is incorrect, there's nothing that can be done. I was not offered a different room. Also, earlier that night we went out to dinner to a fancy restaurant, came home with expensive leftovers, come to find out there's no fridge in the room. We found out the hard way. We had to throw the food away. Very inconvenient, and very important to keep in mind when booking these rooms here. The rooms could be cleaner, the furniture not so beat up, honestly it looks like it fell off the truck. Including the bottom of the door having wood ripped off of it. We could not get the temperature up either past 72. We like it warm. I had a better stay next door at their non-premier hotel. At least the bed was very comfortable. I don't recommend this place.

The staff was nice. I had a room that I was unhappy with. the Manager George went out his way to make sure I was happy. He had Great Customer service skills and was very pleasant. After the room change he even did a follow up. I was impressed. I definitely will stay Again and tell friends also. He really made my vacation special.

Rooms were not clean. I literally found an inappropriate “toy” under our couch in the executive room…... unacceptable. So gross. The large windows that overlook the view in the room, one had an M Scratched into the complete center of the window. And the other main window in the middle had a giant permanent stain or what not all over it. Ruined the view of Times Square. Big brown stain on floor right in front of bed as well. No microwave or mini fridge in the executive room which you would assume.. Monique helped and got our total “extra fees” each day we stayed waived as that was not an $800 stay for sure. 🤦🏼‍♀️

We had a great stay here. Fantastic location to Times Square. Rooms were spacious with a sofa area large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Some things looked a little dated with wear and tear but the room was spotlessly clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
