        I was in Florence this week for work and my return flight was cancelled, I called this hotel late at night to see if they had space. Although I was only there for one night I have to write a review for the fantastic service I received! From helping me with the last minute booking to welcoming me in the hotel they were incredibly helpful and kind. I was very stressed after the flight had been cancelled and the lady who took my booking told me not to worry about giving all my details over the phone, just to get a taxi there and she will see me soon! The room was very nice and clean in a safe and well lit street in the perfect location. I will definitely book here again when I come back to Florence!

        What a hidden gem! I have been to Florence many times, and this has to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. A special mention goes to the front desk team, who are always ready to offer all kinds of help, from food and sightseeing locations to checking transportation. They are prompt and caring, and nothing is out of the way. As for the room, it’s clean and smart, well-equipped with amenities a traveler needs. The location of the hotel is very central—can’t be any better. I will be back!!

        Great hotel! Nice location and extremely clean. Room size is also good. The hotel also gives free drinks (coke, juice and bottled water) and some snacks which they refill daily. The receptionists are super helpful and friendly (they give restaurant recommendations, assist you with your suitcases, make booking arrangements with restaurants and taxi) Will definitely stay again next time :)

        Wonderful location, breakfast and staff!!!. It was super clean and well appointed, loved the Balcony!!! The bed was very firm, which was not to our preference. Great spaces in the hotel, but the room was tight with a couple of suitcases, normal for the area. The highlight was the staff. They took incredible care of us, and we’re always happy to do so!! We would absolutely stay there again!

        We were truly happy with this hidden gem. It’s located in a great area with all your luxury brands and walkable distance from attractions and shops. Emma and the team were very great help and patient. We had originally been booked into the 4th floor which had internet issues however staff were able to accommodate us into a more comfortable room with connection. The complimentary coffee and amenities on the fifth floor were a plus on top of the location. We will definitely be coming back here for our next endeavor. Thank you kindly, truly. Gracie
