The room was impeccable, spacious and open that was suitable for our family with small children. To accommodate the space and concept, there is little storage area but it is fine since we were not hosting anyone. The laundry area had enough machines such that there were available ones even at 9pm or 11pm. The staff were helpful and polite. It is also next to a 24hr supermarket which was helpful. It is a short walk to the subway station Gojo which was a challenge for our younger children. But otherwise, it had been a very pleasurable stay for us.

The staff was amazing. They are very friendly and always ready to help and very courteous. They all speak very good English. That was one of the best hotels we stayed in years. The attention they paid to details was noteworthy, how they had sliding door between kitchenette area and sleeping area, so guests may have some kind of privacy if they have different sleeping schedules. That comes very handy when you suffer from a jet lag :) The shower, even the placement of the towel hangers is very thoughtful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I go with my family with 7 in total (4 adults, 2 children, 1 infant) and I rent in an apartment style room with 6 beds. It is very cozy and clean, it has a mini kitchen with full cooking capabilities, and the toilet is high-tech. We have a Kyoto Tower view from our room which is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and fluent in English. The staff are both native japanese people and western people so you don't have to worry about communication. They can give you all the information you need for your holiday in Kyoto. The location of this hotel is great too, it's near stations and somewhat in the centre of most vacation sites.

We family of 4 adults stayed at this property for 2 nights and loved it. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious. Having a kitchen access was so helpful. We arrived early before the checkin time and they allowed us to drop our bags off with their free baggage storage. There is a supermarket within 2 minutes of walking distance. We were able to go buy bread, milk, yogurt, crackers for breakfast and snacks. Very close to major attractions and train station

We had a wonderful stay during the holidays. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also received excellent service from the front desk staff who were very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
