        Everything about this place is quality. The apartments are well designed with a mix of efficiency and convenience, with just enough a touch of tradition to make you feel you are in Japan. All the facilities from the internet to the toilet are all top notch. Everything is super clean. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The buses to everything we wanted to see ran from the street outside the door. There was even a rooftop terrace with fantastic views which we didn't use enough.

        It's a little in-between some train stations but right near bus stops and the walks are not very long. The staff is the best. They are always attentive, helpful and polite. They helped us figure out how to use the washing machine and were always happy to talk with us. The room was nice and big and the shower was luxurious. I feel like the placement of the air conditioner made it difficult to evenly cool the room, but overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

        Probably one of my favourite hotel in Japan thus far, excellent amenities in room, it comes with washing machine that does drying as well, huge and spacious room, comfortable bed, in room microwave with induction cooker, they will prep lots of towels and wipers for you and they change them daily, toiletries smells great, lots of hanger, and in room freshener for clothes, most importantly is there service, it’s amazing! The front desk was very helpful and provided a lot of assistant during our stay, when we were trying to send our luggage to Tokyo, they followed up with our issues and tried to resolve it for us, just in case if you’re not aware, you can use the Yamamoto luggage service to send your luggage to your next destination so that you can travel handsfree. I honestly think this hotel is 5 star worthy.

        One of the best stay ever during my Japan vacation. Hotel was super clean and at very convenient location for all popular destinations in Kyoto. Special appreciation for front deck. Very helpful all the time. Room are having the feature which we wanted including laundry inside the room. All and all, out 6 days was super pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

        The apartment is spacious. The staff are very friendly and eager to help always. They even left a little Santa sack with some goodies on Christmas Eve which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend the apartments.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
