Is a must booked hotel! 5day stay there and no regrets. Family type for big group 10min walk to train station And 1min walk to family mart very convenient. There even bars few bars/cafe if u love to drink. -clean -good friendly service

Excellent in my view. Spacious for my family of 5. The conceirge is able to communicate effectively in English and that helps a look. It is also its bit to be environment friendly. The room is clean and although it is a short walk away from the subway station, I get to see the buildings and experience the culture of Kyoto.

Located in a quiet area. Only negative is it takes a bit of a walk to get to the busy shopping areas. Love the room sizes and finally being able to stretch out. We are 4 adults and there is plenty of space without feeling like we are on top of each other

There are pros and cons to this hotel as it was one of the not so great ones we stayed at so far in our trip. The pros and cons: beautiful hotel inside and out, the room was clean, spacious, the little kitchen is nice to have with bowls, forks/spoons, etc, I noticed there weren't any pots or Pans though. The bathroom is pretty nice, new looking, clean, I liked the shower and bath tub less here though as it's deep with no pull up bar and basic. The washer dryer combo was a pain, the cycles go for hours and even with a small load it takes more time to dry, it's finkly to use as well. Having a large refrigerator and a large enough space was one of the nicer things in this one. The sound proofing inside the hotel is horrible, you can hear a lot, lots of stomping from adults and kids, screaming and stomping from kids in the hallways in the mornings and evenings and loud talking as well at random times, we didn't enjoy that at all as every hotel we stayed at has had sound proofing so far and there weren't kids running around. If you have kids and aren't just a couple or don't mind the stomping and screaming from kids this is a good place for you. As for me, it drove me and my bf up the wall. That's the biggest downside to this place and knocked a star off for me, overall, I would only recommend this hotel if you have kids or love hearing them.

I enjoy using the Family rooms by the Mimaru chain of hotels. rooms are specious, well equipped (washing machine and dryer in the room!) bathrooms are well sized, water pressure and temperature are excellent. the staff are polite and attentive and speak english.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
