        To me this was a perfect stay, great location next to Kyoto station but away from the hustle and bustle for peaceful nights. It had everything we needed without being wasteful as things like slippers and PJs were still available on request. Service was excellent from all the front staff we encountered, every single day in our 5nights. Room was spotless. Would stay here again when I'm back in Kyoto. Thanks for the early check-in!

        Our stay there was a really great experience. They have really good service, the staff helped us find our way to the destination we wanted to go. They also recommended some good tourist attractions and restaurants for us to visit and dine in. At the end of the day when we returned, they asked how our trip was. I love how they are really so kind, friendly and caring. The room we stayed at also were very clean and neat. It has a bathtub, washing machine, a kitchen, a bunk bed, a table with 2 chairs, and 2 single beds. The location was also really good, it's near Seven eleven so if you need to buy emergency foods, you can. It is also in the middle of a big street so it's near so much good restaurants.

        Strategic location , great room and super friendly staff . We were there in mid of December and greeted by friendly staff during check in. Our family stayed 5 days in Mimaru, it happened that they were having drawing activity for the guest. My kids drew and was rewarded small appreciation gift, the kids are super happy with it . Highly recommended for guest with family to come and kudos to front desk team!

        To me this was a perfect stay, great location next to Kyoto station but away from the hustle and bustle for peaceful nights.         We booked the Pokemon room here for one night as a special treat for a young family member while on a recent trip to Japan - we were very surprised to find that this was probably the nicest hotel we would stay in. Fantastic location near Kyoto Station. Generously sized room, thoughtfully laid out, comfortable, and great amenities. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We hope to make it back to Kyoto in the next few years, and we will gladly stay here again.

        We chose this hotel because of the Pokémon theme room and it’s very closed to the Kyoto train station. Our little girl was so happy when she walked into the room. The room was spacious for 3 of us. We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Anh and Maya, their services were above and beyond. With the short noticed, they were able to assist to book the kimono rental for our family and gave suggestions on places with less crowded and perfect locations for us to take our family photos. They even made a memory booklet for us! 😊 We loved our stay here and had a wonderful memories. We will definitely come back to the Mimaru Kyoto station again for our next visit.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
