I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the vibrant Shinsaibashi shopping street. Having a convenient store just around the corner was incredibly handy. The presence of a laundromat in the hotel made my trip even more convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Osaka!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We arrived early, left our bags to explore, and when we returned, our room had been upgraded with our bags already inside. The room was spacious, full of sunlight, and a mix of Western and Japanese styles. The four coins for gifts were a nice touch, letting us choose snacks, sake, or coffee. Great amenities, including the option to borrow a high-quality hair dryer and ionic hair straightener. Our family loved it, and everything was just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here with 2 boys 10 and 7 on Dec 2023. Amazing location within walking distance of the Shinsaibashi area. If your kids big fans of Pokemon get this hotel due to the great room size and bunk bed style. Clean and friendly staff and very helpful. 24-hour supermarket and family mart are within 2 min walk.

Honestly a really great hotel! Aubrey was really amazing and very helpful. It was such a relief that there was someone that was able to speak English. If u have any questions or concerns with your travels I recommend to ask the front. We were worried about our luggage’s, We had 10 luggage’s and a few carry on but thankfully Aubrey was able to set up transportation for us! Very sweet and amazing staff!
