The staffs were super nice! They were made us impressive. This was my best suite I ever stay before! The location was great, it only walk 5 mins to the transportation . And the room was very clean and organised. The hotel also allows cooking in the room, and provides some kitchen equipment! I really suggest a family to stay here a couples days.

Really enjoyed staying here. We were here with my daughter and her family. We had a toddler and when asked, she was given a cot. Very children friendly. There are toys and origami for kids to play with at the reception. You take your amenities that you need at the reception so there's no wastage. Very well thought out layout of suite, kitchen utensils and appliances. Easy access to groceries , restaurants , trains, buses

Fantastic stay here in their 2 bed & 2 bathrooms apartment which was huge and incredibly well appointed. Service outstanding, very helpful and friendly. Free beer and sake on tap was an unexpected bonus! 🍻 🍷

Within 5 mins walking distance to subway and bus stops with direct services to Kyoto station, Shijo shopping district and Arashiyama. Located in a quiet area yet convenient. In addition, there are cafes, MOS burger, Familymart and Welcia drugstore within 5mins walking distance too. Love the sake, beer and wine station located at the lobby which guests can self help to enjoy drinking in room. Room is clean and spacious.

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment. It was good size and well thought out design. Well located within reach of some nice restaurants and a 24hr Welcia. Public Carpark is just next to the hotel if you are renting. The free flow alcohol bar was a pleasant surprise. What makes the stay even better was the lovely and helpful team, there was Kenny, Rio, Roy, Manami and Chiara. Their hospitality was sincere and thoughtful. Keep up the good work. You made Kyoto extra special for us. We will be back and we will be sure to choose mimaru again because of you. Thank you very much

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
