        Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 nights and love every moment of it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Every night there were free sake and beer that we can enjoy. Had a great time staying there!

        This place is great! The hotel room is very spacious with an in suite laundry machine. In the afternoon from 5 to 7 there’s free flow beer and sake happy hour. All day there’s coffee machine available in the lobby. The location is great in the city centre and walking distance to nishiki market. It’s just all around very convenient lodging :)

        This place is a great setup for travelers. The staff are friendly, and they go out of their ways to make you feel comfortable. We make use of the happy hours beer and sake drinking whenever possible. Even try calligraphy writing! The apartment unit is neat and provides everything we need away from home. The laundry machine saved us from having to bring a bunch of dirty clothes home. In fact, we could have gotten away with only 2 sets of clothes and allow for more spaces to bring home even more souvenirs. 😄 This is my first time staying at Mimaru. Would love to come back again. Recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxed unit to stay or share with family and friends. 👏

        It's very near the train station, staff are very friendly all the time, good english communication. Our room is big, very clean, 2 bedrooms, washing machine with dryer function. full cooking facilities, microwave, and kettle available. Wifi is good, large tv with online connection, we watch youtube most of the time. Hotel practice reduces plastic waste, so there are many amenities like toothbrush, comb, shaver, slippers, and many more that are not available. Ensure you bring your own. Pyjamas only has adult size. Lobby has free coffee and tea, and some soft drinks. And it has some cooking ingredient packs available like oil, etc. Bonus of free craft beers and sakes free flow from 5pm to 7pm, you can even bring it back to your room to consume, which is very good. Location is near to train station but to walk to main shopping area it will take about 10 to 15 mins walk, for us its still reasonable, there are many convince stores around within few mins walk. During check out, a beautiful gift card was given. Recommended stay for family.

        Great service, clean rooms. The stay was pleasant and the gourmet freshly ground coffee service and juices were convenient and very kid friendly. Even though we stayed for a few days we didn't have a chance to try the beers or sake. I really don't understand anyone complaining in the reviews. I am a world traveler. There wasn't a rude person at all. You can't expect sunshine in your face in the morning and complain about the lack of. For Japan, the accommodations are very spacious. We stayed at expensive hotels at other locations in Japan and the value was not present. Next time I hope there will be more Mimaru locations throughout the country. Great place!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
