We stayed here for one night in the special Pokemon Themed room that this hotel offers. The room itself was a fun experience, with Pokemon all over the walls, Pokemon plates and cups, and a giant Snorlax plush on the bed along with some small gifts for everyone. We stayed with 3 people which cost $250 each, so the price was quite reasonable. Making a reservation for the room was easy to do through the hotel official website. Make sure you book in advance to secure the Pokemon Themed room if that is what you are after. The room was clean and tidy as you would expect, and the beds were very comfortable. The toilet and shower were both also very good. The hotel staff in particular were very professional and helpful and spoke full English. They allowed us to store our luggage before checking in and also held our luggage after checking out before we could move to our next location. They also helped us with arranging a Taxi to take us to a restaurant. The hotel is also within fairly comfortable walking distance of Tsukiji Market, so if you're planning on visiting there then this is a pretty good location to consider. It's also within a 10-15 minute walk of a few different train stations.

Our family is very sensitive to dust and mould. Everything was cleaned thoroughly in the room. Also had luggage delivery service. Staffs were kind and friendly. Very happy with the stay. Best part of the hotel is the location. Close to four different stations. Both JR and subway line. It was a pity that I stayed during most of the shops’ new year shut down time. Didn’t get to enjoy nearby restaurants.

An excellent apartment served by many rail lines. Location is fantastic. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and they loved the hotel. We looked forward to coming back in the evening after long day tours. It is clean and well stocked with what we need - toaster, cutleries and clean bed. Bathroom was excellent too.

Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Perfect for our family of six. Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Friendly and kind staff who welcomed us warmly and provided great service. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Great location. Easy to walk to areas of interest in 20 min or less. Not far from train station. Good for a family of 5. Very spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. We had a great stay there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
