Firstly, I must commend the staff of Mimaru Hatchobori. They are all so friendly and polite, ever ready to help with our queries. The location was great - 15min walk from Tokyo station, and a few stops to Ginza on one line, and a few direct stops to Disneyland, which is a bonus especially for families travelling with kids. Space in the room was very reasonable. Kiddos loved the bunk bed provided in the family room, and there was even a kitchen and a dining area. Again, great for families with children who sometimes just want to eat in. There was self-laundry services, which was really awesome for travellers like us who “travelled light”. I would definitely recommend Mimaru Hatchobori to any one visiting Tokyo!

We only stayed here for one night, but we were blown away by the service we received. The front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had luggage that we had to ship to Osaka airport, but since the airport would only hold it for 7 days (we were 9 days ahead), the hotel offered to hold our luggage for us at no additional charge and ship it out later. The rooms were clean and spacious - it's hard to find a hotel in Tokyo that can fit six people. The kids loved the bunk beds and the futons were very comfortable. 100% would recommend staying at the Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori - was very close to the train station as well.

We booked interconnecting apartment rooms for our stay as they were unable to cater for 5 people in a larger apartment. It was quite costly for what it was. The kitchen was basic but useful. The particular Mimaru hotel that we stayed in was in a quiet location however, there were only local eateries nearby and little to no shops or attractions meaning we had to travel everyday. The service at the front counter was excellent and no problem was too big or too small for the reception staff.

We had a blast staying at Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori. The rooms are spacious for a big family. The location is superb, with nearby convenience stores, food shops, and walking distance to at least 4 Train stations. The area is safe and quiet which is perfect for kids. The staff's can speak good english and there's a money changer machine at the lobby. One thing to note though is since this is a serviced apartment, the rooms will only be cleaned on certain schedule and not everyday, but they provide clean towels everyday which is a plus. Overall we are satisfied and we're looking forward to staying at Mimaru again on other parts of Japan.

This place was a perfect was for us to be introduced to Japan. We found that we had the ability to get to all of the major urban locations as well as wander down some alley ways brimming with character. The counter staff were absolutely fantastic, and friendly. They were the perfect welcome as we were nervous about checking in due to minimal Japanese experience . They were also great in assisting us with luggage shipping to our next destination as well. The room was excellent. Our son loved the bunk bed and projector in the theatre room. He didn't want to leave. This makes us very thankful that we will be staying with.Mimaru a few more.times on our trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
