Our first time staying at this apartment building. The unit comes with many facilities. Some unit are for families of 4, and some unit are for 6 depending on which unit. All comes with kitchen net, laundry washer dryer and separate toilets. Great location and many convenient stores and supermarkets around the area. Short Walk to IKEBUKURO station. Nightlife here is lively and close to China town.

We highly enjoyed our stay. We had a two bedroom suite for our family of 5 which worked out great. The room had a washing machine/dryer combo which also worked out great. I would gladly stay here again. My only constructive criticism is 1) the beds and pillows feel as if I am simply sleeping on the floor; 2) It would've been better if the master bedroom would've had 1 queen bed instead of 2 smaller beds. No other complaints as everything else was awesome. Thank you to the staff for helping us out throughout our stay!

Love every bit of Mimaru, surrounded by many restaurants and close to train station (8 mins walk). Besides one false fire alarm at 2:25am during one of our 5 nights stay which the staff apologised and explained to us how it happened. Laundry room is comfortable with plenty of washer and dryer to use. Coffee and tea sachets are provided which you have to take from the lobby, I would prefer if they have a better coffee option like drip coffee.

We stayed at a few different places in Tokyo and Kyoto, and we enjoyed our stay at the Mimaru, Ikebukuro the most. It was spacious, clean, amenity rich, well situated n had helpful staff (most spoke English pretty well). It was very much a home away from home. We actually looked forward to chilling out at our hotel suite (we had the 2 bedroom family suite, which was well worth the price difference) after a long day of sight seeing n shopping. We definitely look forward to to staying at Mimaru the next time we are in Japan!!!
