The staff was really kind and they had a lot of things nearby, the staff also recommends things which was super helpful, The place was quiet and nice. They had free WiFi too, which was pretty fast. I recommend this place and think this is worth it. The place is safe and you are allowed to walk without worry. It was easy to get to and near stations.

Thank you Mimaru Suitengumae. We had a very nice stay at your hotel. The rooms were modest but everything we needed. The service was excellent. Risa and Michelle were especially helpful. The whole place was spotless and felt brand new. The location is central to greater Tokyo but in a nice quite area with only short walks to several subway lines. Great value and happy to recommend.

Had a wonderful 7 night stay at Mimaru.. room was very clean and well designed , staff @ front desk were all English speaking and very helpful which made the difference for our holiday. Location was in a quiet part of CBD but easily accessible by train and bus. Keep up the good work!

Great hotel in a quiet area of Tokyo. Close to a station. Lots of small restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Excellent front desk team! Our room had a musty smell, or I would give 5 stars for every category

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
