        I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly thoughtful and accommodating staff. From the moment I arrived, their warmth and willingness to go the extra mile was evident. Every request was met with a smile, making my stay truly enjoyable.         We absolutely loved this hotel! We were traveling with 5 adults and 2 kids and had the apartment style room with a joining door. It was so much space! There were 8 beds total. We loved having a small fridge and a kitchen. There is a 7/11 right at the bottom of the hotel and so many great restaurants in this area. It’s about a 1 mile walk from Tokyo Station and it’s also very close to the fish market. You can easily jump public transportation- taxi or train. The staff is really nice. They also have a place to store luggage if you can’t check in yet or need to check out but aren’t leaving the area yet. I would stay here again. It’s so perfect for families.

        We were traveling with 5 adults and 2 child and had the Two-Bedroom Family Suite (with own washing machine) for 6 nights. Rooms, Service of the Front Desk and Location were great like most other reviews. Rooms were big, Front Desk could speak English although we conversed in Japanese most of the time and it was smacked right in between Hatchobori (stairs only, no escalator and lifts for metro but there was lift for JR) and Kabayacho station (there was lift for metro!). 7-Eleven and Drug store just downstairs with a 24/7 small supermarket just round the corner. As a frequent Japan traveler, this is my first time booking with Mimaru since there were not many two-bedroom hotels in Tokyo. It ran like a Service Apartment concept which didn't really suit our family, especially on the cleaning part. You will need to pay 2,000yen for deep cleaning of the toilet or used utensils. If you do courier your luggage to the hotel, ensure it is sent on the day of your check-in date otherwise there will be a charge of 500yen/day/luggage as a storage fee. The only saving grace was Charles and Sakura from the Front Desk that offered a big help to us.

        We stayed in the "Two-Bedroom Family Suite with Mini Dining" and spent a wonderful 8 nights here. The room was clean and comfortable, and even with 6 adults and 2 children, we didn't feel crowded. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the subway station, and it's only one stop away from Tsukiji Outer Market. There is also a 24-hour supermarket near the hotel. Since the hotel has a kitchen and full kitchenware, we often bought ingredients and cooked sumptuous meals. The hotel's second floor also has budget-friendly restaurants suitable for families to enjoy together. Unfortunately, during our trip, a family member caught a cold, but luckily there is a pharmacy near the hotel where we could purchase medication. The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to help us with our difficulties. It truly is a hotel perfect for family travel, and we would love to stay here again if we have the chance.

        Our family of 4 stayed for 7 nights, amazing service! They layout was great with a bunk bed in the main living and a seperate bed room, living had a perfect size table and seats with a kitchen, shower and toilets were seperate. 7/11 just downstairs and train station within 5 min walk, local area had plenty of food options. New bath towels everyday was amazing and full cleaning every 3rd day!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
