Great stay at this spacious apartment-hotel. We were on the 11th floor - 2 adults and a 5yo. The bed wasn’t put together for our daughter but easily done by putting the 2 benches together that would have been for sitting at a large dining table. We then used the table to unpack clothes as we stayed 5 nights. There are small seats plus a small table which fit the 3 of us for dining. We opted for this place with a fridge and kitchenette. Given how convenient food is in Japan we only used the microwave and fridge. Everything was clean and the reception are helpful. They helped us send large suitcases onto our next ski location. We rented the Apple TV for one day as no kids english cartoon channels and we don’t have an iPad. Walk to the metro or JR is about 10 mins. Recommend the Family mart over the closer 7-11 for more food variety. We found a lovely coffee house (Katsura) for Brekky of Japanese toast every morning! We used the laundry service too which was useful.

Great sized family rooms near to Ueno station, a 7-11 and a family mart. Clean, modern and the standout feature is the friendly helpful, staff. Always happy and they went out of their way to assist our requests for taxi bookings, directions etc.

We really liked our stay and would definitely stay here again. Safe area but not that many interesting restaurants. But it was so great to be near Ueno station! So convenient!!!! The room itself was nice. You can pick up slippers and face wash from the lobby. We went in June so Tokyo was hot and humid and you cant put the temperature in hotel below a certain temperature so that was hard for us as we like things colder. Beds were comfortable and we were not bothered by the neighborhood noise. Housekeeping came every day for the trash and I think every 3rd for the sheets. Only one elevator so sometimes a little bit of a wait. One of my favorite things was the girls at the front desk. The sweetest and most helpful people!!! The best front desk of any hotel I have ever stayed at! Will look into using this chain elsewhere in Japan too.

Booked the Pokemon Room and we were warmly welcomed by Snorlax. The Pokemon room we stayed in was huge. The hotel location was perfect, close to Ueno and all the eateries around Ueno. It also suited us as it was around a 10 min walk to Keisei Ueno station from where we rode the express train to Narita Airport. There's a 7-Eleven a block away from the hotel and you can walk to the northern end of Ueno Park. The staff at Mimaru Ueno East were awesome and helped with our luggage that we had sent to the hotel prior to our check in as well as in receiving a package for us. Both our luggage and package were already in our room when we checked in - thank you Mimaru Ueno East team.

ROOM: It is considered spacious in Tokyo. The aircon/heater is quite loud. Anyway it is functioning, just that a bit annoying. iHaving said that, t has a humidifier, so it is quite good, just that no instruction on how to use it SERVICE: Average room service. They only clean the bed and vacuum every 3 days. Something I didn't expect. Having said that, I left my brand new (purchased from outlet) Polo shirt in the room after I check out but the Hotel said they cannot find. I guess it is a Christmas present for the housekeeper. So, you probably need to take care of your belonging and don't take it for granted. There are several washing machine and dryer at level 1, but you don't have a chance to use it.. it is always occupied until midnight. You probably shouldn't expect you will be able to wsh your clothes during the stay. LOCATION: it takes about 30 mins to Shibuya by train. Not a very convenient location. Although there is a nearby Ueno station, it also take about 10 mins walk. There are Lawson and 7-11 nearby though. CONCLUSION: it is an average hotel apartment in my opinion. The rate is not very cheap either. I would think this is an overrated hotel and woukd suggest explore somewhere else instead.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
