Hotel was super amazing for our little family with twins(Family of Four). The reception was so friendly , welcoming and super helpful. The rooms were really nice, came with all the equipment we needed. Such an amazing hotel, that is in the amazing Ueno area, which was so quiet and great for our family. Close to trains, and family marts and lots of little food places to eat at, even McDonald’s for the kids! Even thing about the hotel was wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

This was a fantastic place to stay while in Tokyo. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Service was perfect. Answered any questions we had and would always greet us no matter the time of day. The rooms were cleaned everyday. With trash being taken out. And in the middle of our stay there was a deep clean where they vacuumed and made the beds. There was a shower/Japanese style tub and it was always clean. There were utensils and plates to be used if you wanted to cook food at the hotel. The area was quiet at night and right next to Ueno Park and station which made the first day easy to get around along with having stuff to do. Would definitely stay again 10/10

Stayed here on our recent trip to Tokyo. Great location, easy walk to Ueno train station or underground. Staff were just amazing, nothing was any trouble to them. Local supermarket 5 min walk. Rooms are larger than most hotels, well equipped and comfortable. I really cannot praise this establishment enough. Highly recommended and would use again without hesitation.

Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Thanks for the housekeeping service here. Staff are extremely friendly and offer help all the time. During my stay, staff named Gina provided a lot of help so that i was staying comfortably there. Thanks! Will definitely come again!

A very spacious room which offers all kind of things you needed. You can do a hot pot in the room with all tools you needed. A supermaket nearby will provide all high quality of seafood, wagyu and veggie. Their bed linen are high quality too. Highly recommended to stay here especially with families.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
