Very nice and cozy hotel near the city center, located in a quiet, narrow street, with very nice atmosphere and a cute family of cats! 😊 Spent 2 nights here with my brother, our friend and her little girl. We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is delicious! The owner/manager is also very kind, friendly and helpful. We plan to visit Istanbul again and we may also come back to Minel Hotel because it was a very positive experience. 😊

Friendly and the most welcoming host. Really relaxed atmosphere with little kittens. The rooms are what you pay for. No lifts so be aware but housekeeping is good. Cheap and cheerful

Nice view from the top floor, small and cozy hotel. You can expect nice warm welcome, tasty Turkish breakfast and pleasant service. It's located in quite place even being a part of Sultanahmet. Gulhane park is a few minutes walk. A few small stores to buy water or fruits are nearby. Restaurants are around the hotel and transportation is easy. If you arrive with a car, you will walk a few steps with a small street to get to the hotel.

It was a warm welcome, staff very friendly and helpful, we bought seperately a very generous breakfast, the look of the hotel was chic, rooms were tidy and well equiped. The location of the hotel is very good, not far form the Ayasofia and the tram line, but away from the crowded streets of the city, in a nice and silent urban environment. There is no (good) soundproofing of the rooms, we could hear what people talked downstairs in the lobby of the hotel, stairs were very narrow and steep, quite difficult to climb with the luggage. But the staff helped us to bring the luggages in the room. There is no elevator, unfortuntaley. Overal, all spaces were very tight.

Stay September 2022 Pros - the hotel is walking distance to mosques, museums and palaces - the staff is very supportive - the rooms are of reasonable sizes - breakfast is above average - cheap rooms Cons - no lifts - hotel needs little bit of maintenance - very expensive airport pick and drop

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
