This is a excellent place to stay while waiting for flight. We got a chance to stay at Hochiminh city one night before our flight, and we did not regret at all staying at this hotel. The hotel locates on a main street, so it is easy to stop or pick up with a big van. There is a huge and crowded market nearby where you can buy all of the delicious and fresh fruitsand Vietnamese foods. If you want to walk, there are several choices of restaurants in 5-10 minutes walk. Be careful when crossing the street though. Booking online is quite simple. It's easy to do on a phone. The room was spacious. Bathroom worked, AC worked, door worked. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Everything was glassy clean from the hall to elevator to room. At one time, neighbor rooms was noisy with loud music. I called the front desk and it was resolved. Overall this is a good place to spend the night and explore the city.

There were insects in the rooms, the air conditioning was very noisy and there was no real shower just a hose with a shower head on the wall and the drain was on the other side of the bathroom so that after the shower the whole bathroom was flooded. the bed is very uncomfortable and hard. We left before the first night and took another hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for our Vietnam trip. Absolutely loved it. Employees so nice and helpful. We highly recommends this hotel. We will see you guys again in 2 years. Thank you for making our visits fantastic!!!

The main advantage of this place is that it is reasonably close to the airport. It is a two stars hotel but in my view if it had three stars I would believed that as well. Rooms are not particularly nice or beautiful and sometimes I would expect a higher level of cleanliness. But, the staff are really friendly and striving to address all my comments and queries. When I asked to redo cleaning or change the linens on my bed at 2:00 am in the morning when I returned to the hotel from my overnight trip they sent a cleaning lady to my room immediately and it was done quickly. They are trying to make me happy even with my non-accommodation related queries. The price corresponds to two stars so it is very reasonable. Given the location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the price it is a place to which I am happy to return to sleep. If you're looking for luxury or beautiful rooms perhaps you should consider a different venue though.

Only stayed here overnight, room was nice but bed was really uncomfortable for me. No shower recess, just the shower head hanging on the wall and the drain on the other side of the room. Staff speak good English and are helpful. Breakfast is served in the room. Close to the airport, only a 10min drive

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
