        Would be zero if it could be. Rooms are inhabitable, and it's not just one room, it's all of them. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, ITS A SCAM. Was moved to three different rooms all were disgusting with dampness. The bed was literally wet with dampness. Worse than horrible, worst hotel I have ever experienced. Left immediately, did not stay. Despite the false advertising the extremely rude manager, Daniele, was belligerent in her assertion of NO REFUNDS. With a policy like this they could advertise it as a 3 star hotel just to collect non-refundable bookings... which is exactly what they do. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. You would be literally better off sleeping under a bridge on a cardboard box, it would be less damp. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

        I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not only tiny but also dirty, with an inexplicable PVC board replacing the window. The lack of natural light and ventilation created a constant humidity problem, leaving towels perpetually damp. Adding to the frustration, despite hanging a makeup room tag on the door, the staff refused to clean the room unless I stayed for at least 5 nights, and this policy was implemented without any prior notice. To make matters worse, I discovered insects in the room. The limited electrical outlets were also a significant inconvenience, as only traditional Hong Kong outlet sockets were available. Additionally, be aware that the hotel charges a fee of 10 HKD for luggage storage, a surprising and unwelcome policy. If you have the option, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel. Save yourself the disappointment and inconvenience I experienced. Make sure to prepare accordingly for your stay elsewhere, as this hotel falls far short of expectations.

        At first it looks like a smart / no fuss / budget option. The hotel is well located indeed and each room seems to offer basic required amenities. But all these elements are actually pointless. In fact, what would you do in a room where.... Sleeping is IMPOSSIBLE!!! Humidity is so high that your stuff get immediately wet and to make it even worse::: AC is set at 18 degrees and can't be reduced (to fight against humidity). So to make it short it is super humid and freezing. I had to cover my self with a jumper and a scarf. Last but not least, despite these clear failures in offering the very basic (the ability to sleep), the hotel does not accept to refund even a cent to screwed customers. They did not apologise and they don’t care. It is clearly a scam. This hotel is not fulfilling its basic missions and shall have its license taken away.

        Mouldy, Rusty, Tired looking rooms, feeling of and smell of damp at times. Rooms in need of serious maintenance or replacement First stayed here 8 years ago when Mini first opened, and it was a breath of fresh air with well designed, clean utilitarian rooms in the most fantastic location. But on return recently the rooms are shadow of their former selves in need of repair particularly the mouldy rusty bathrooms and very bad sound insulation. Today the hotel is a Backpackers paradise with Location and High speed WiFi is still it's best selling point.

        By considering their price, their location, I have no complaint of that. however, it can be better on many aspects. Located in the central of Hong Kong, you can get everything within 10 mins, check-in service is good, the design of the common room is stylish, a great space for relax and social. As other travelers mentioned below, the room is really tiny and not well designed. The wall is as thin as paper and you can even hear the next door talking. The TV remote is really stupid, it take 5 seconds to tune to the next channel, probably the slowest remote that I ever seen. Bathroom is made by glass, so I guess they are targeting couple ONLY. One more thing is the water is either really hot or really cold. I don't really enjoy my stay, probably I will try another traditional hotel chain next time.
