Everything is mini, even the 2 towels that are provided are essentially hand towels. Anyway, as a solo traveler, I wanted a good location with my own bathroom with a separate shower that's relatively clean. This place fits the budget. I booked a double bed and the room is roughly 6x18 feet. Layout is functional. Bonus is the usage of mirrors that make the room feel bigger and brighter. The size of the shower, toilet and sink is good, enough space without feeling like you'll hit something. There's a safe and hot water heater as well, which they recommend if you want to drink tap water for extra precaution. For a short stay, this is fine. The lobby is nicely decorated but eating is not allowed which is quite unfortunate. Getting here from the airport was convenient, I recommend the A11 bus which is an easy walk to the hotel that may/may not have WiFi and offers a nice, easy, scenic ride into the city. Location is great, lots of local food spots within a 5-10min walk and is mostly flat.

The rooms are exactly what they say they are - mini! Vinyl unlevelled flooring, tight bathroom, no chairs, no refrigerator, no safe- couldn’t locate it if there is one as per the description. No provision of slippers and toiletries, towels provided are of face towels size. Was informed that the room I have has been upgraded assuming I would have access to the patio but NOT! How is that an upgrade? The front line staffs were not welcoming as one would expect of the hospitality industry. Greeted by sulky staffs who seem to be competing amongst themselves as to who gets the award of the grouch for the week? Month? Or year? Centrally located and convenient. Steps from the hustle and bustle and yet quiet. Short walking distance to all public transport. This hotel is not for the fussy pots or you will be miserably disappointed.

It is an affordable option to stay in Hong Kong. If your plan is only to arrive at the hotel to sleep, the Mini Hotel meets that goal. The rooms are genuinely mini, you can hear everything from the rooms next door and the issue of bath towels is definitely a problem. Bring your own towel!

This hotel is an absolute joke. The rooms are gross. The toilet is essentially in the bed. The “towels” provided are legit hand towels and if you want an actual bath towel you have to pay $50??? Once we had checked out we asked if we could leave our bags for an hour or so before we head to the airport. However, they charge you PER BAG to keep it behind a piece of rope for ONE HOUR. The service is appalling, the people are rude and unhelpful. When we complained about the baggage, the receptionist said “I don’t want to argue, our reviews are already bad” They literally dgaf about the customers. The only good thing about this place is the location however it is not worth the money you pay. I recommend you spend an extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

We had a good experience. Our room was cozy and dry, without mold. They gave us big disposable towels every day. We heard our neighbours when they were loud. In general it was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
