Spacious room with amazing amenities. The room has 3 full sized beds that can easily sleep 6 adults. It also has a kitchenette with a decent sized refrigerator. The bathroom has two sinks separate from the shower that are very nice and add to the decor of the room. The shower has great water pressure and instant heat, so we never ran out of hot water even with five people. There is a front load washer located in the room, however there is no dryer or dryer function, so you are stuck with having to line dry your clothes or having to find a laundromat. There is a separate toilet room with an awesome smart toilet which was a cool experience. The room has a walkout balcony with great views of the city. Lastly, the location of the hotel is in the heart of Asakusa city so everything you could want (restaurants, shops, sightseeing, etc) is all within a walking distance! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone, however I hope hotel management considers adding a clothes dryer to the room.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It will be perfect if a dining table is available. The coffee table is just too small and low for meals. With a well equipped kitchen, it's just strange that a proper dining table is missing. As we are staying for four nights, we expected to have more than one set of towels.

Minn Asakusa Hotel is impressive. For a family of four, we felt that truly it is our second home indeed. It was a hidden gem in Tokyo where one could feel at home in a place whose reputation is small cramped places. We converge in the living room where we share stories about how our day went. We love the kitchen where we stored food from the convenience stores. The beds were soft and warm at the same time. The toilet and bath being separated was also a great convenience for us. Few steps away from the Sumida river and the public transport. It was not a hotel, it is a second home.

The place and location and value for Minn Asakusa is excellent. 5 minute walk from the Ginza Asakusa Station 5 Minute walk to the Shrine The room was huge and our family of five was very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is the following: 1. Provide coffee mugs and maybe coffee maker for guest. 2. Provide ready condiments (salt, pepper, oil) for the kitchen 3. Add hanging rack or clothesline in the shower room so we can properly dry our clothes. 4. Provide English instructions for use of shower room/water heater. 5. Provide English instructions for use of room heater/air con.

Good size apartment for our family of four. Location is perfect for trains, convenience stores, restaurants and attractions. The room could use; table knives, flat dinner plates, and the sensor lights disabled :-) hope we didn’t miss those instructions as going to the bathroom during the night disturbed the family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
