Hotel is well maintained and walking distance from many subway stations . Location and surroundings are serene. Room was cozy and well furnished . Only a couple of additions would improve the guest overall experience. 1. The seal around the main door has an air leak as a result there was a chilly draft during our stay. 2. Ironing board should be provided and iron size can be increased as I feel current size is too small .

Easy check in. Clean, spacious, all equipment worked. Cool neighborhood walking distance to Starbucks and many local dining places. 5 minute walk from H A and S subway lines. Around 30 min or less from any major Tokyo area, and nice to be away from the busy areas when done exploring. Has an area to keep your bags if get there early, or want to explore a bit more after checkout, but it is not locked so bags not secure. Ours weren't taken after being out and about for 3 hours or so, but didn't leave any valuables. So if looking for more space and a livable area for a family I highly reccomend.

Quiet location. Toilet is a bidet with warm seats. Includes washer and cooking space (hot top) although I didn't cook inside. Reception may be virtual via a tablet so be prepared to do Zoom calls again

the room is exactly look like it is in the picture. it is a walking distance from metro station. A convenience store is also on a walking distance. However there is not much place to visit in this area. But if you are looking for an apartment or bigger room with affordable price, this is it. The room is very spacious, it is equipped with kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge), dining area, and separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub. Washing machine is also provided. Keep in mind that you wont find any people in the reception tho. So you cant ask them to order you taxi or what so ever.

Absolutely terrific beds! Beautiful room. The only downside was the washer drier door had been left closed so it did not smell good. I would be quite happy to stay here for weeks on end. Close to the train station. Japan feels extremely safe and the locals are happy to help.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
