I am impressed with your hotel. Your hotel is very family-friendly hotel. It is suitable for staying in several days. There are completely facilities that I want such as mini kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine and drying machine. Even though the hotel is a bit far from the train station, my family and I can walk and be appreciated the surrounding on the sidewalk to the hotel.

Wow! If I stay in Ueno again, definitely coming back here. OK family of 4 got a high floor premier twin room for 6 nights. So it was especially spacious compared to all our other accommodations. But so glad to come back to this place and chill. The modern design and amenities was very well thought out. Loved cooking facilities. (just really need our veggies after awhile!). Things we loved: 1. It's clean and looks new 2. Location (didn't realise it was so close to Ameyoko. We literally went through the place Everday to shop or eat) 3. My kids would give you 10 stars for having Netflix!

This was a great place for a family. Check in requires using your cellphone and to get your key from a lock box. The website wasnt working for me and luckily there was someone at the front desk to help. The room was great. We were a family of 4 and there were 4 beds in a two bed bunk configuration. There was a decent size living room to enjoy meals that you bring back. The kitchenette is a 2 induction burner. There are plates, cups, and silverware. The room was pretty clean. The shower was a descent size. We did not have a bath tub in our shower. The location of the hotel is great. There are two different train stations about 5-10 minute of walking. There are a couple convenience stores nearby. There also a ton of restaurants nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here, especially with a group of people. Would definitely come back again.
