Since Agoda or Management trying to hide my "deserve" comments in the Agoda platform. I leave the truth comments here. “The worst experience ever” My stay at MINSU EKOCHERAS was unexpectedly unpleasant. Spent 5 days dealing with terrible management, cleanliness issues and facilities not being maintained. The actual condition of the house differed significantly from what was advertised on Agoda. Safety was a major concern as my daughter nearly got injured due to two broken drawers beside the bed. Adding to the frustration, none of the electric plugs worked on the day of our arrival, and there was no internet or WiFi. Despite lodging a complaint, the management's response only came on the 3rd day, after we had taken it upon ourselves to resolve the issues. The overall experience left me questioning the management's competence, responsibility, and customer service. As paying customers, we expected a better standard for our 5-day stay. WE DON'T DESERVE THIS WORSE EXPERIENCE. Be careful with the deposit refund policy, they said within 3 days. But actually not.

Bloody stupid service. Made life to so difficult to check in. No reception no one to guide and made us pay 200rm as a deposit with no prior warning then they allowed us to retrieve our keys from a key box. But NO KEYS INSIDE? Empty. Had to wait for one of their representatives to come and give us the key - something they could have done from the beginning itself? The room is filthy and disgusting. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned properly. DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here and will NOT come here again.

love the accessibility to public transport (mrt) and the mall..and the loft has floor to ceiling window..the beds are comfy and the pillows soft and bouncy..we have had a great time there and will stay here again..

Nice homestay experience as the design of the loft is unique. View from unit is spectacular as the unit is at level 30. The cons are only: 1) not the full fledge amenities provided. Just basic towels, shampoo and body bath. No face towels, no floor towels, no toothbrush/toothpaste of those sort 2) bath toilet only 1 and its situated at the upper loft. The ground level toilet is only the flush toilet and wash basin 3) access in and out the building may be stressful as its along one of busiest plied roads between Kajang District and KL central. Traffic is heavy almost all normal hours

Worst check-in experience. Was not given any information until I reached the lobby and call personally. Check-in procedure itself was pretty troublesome. Not to mention the room mattress count was not as advertised.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
